Overview

The Lone Wolf Arms TimberWolf 17 is a full-size Glock 17-compatible striker-fired pistol chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, refreshed for the 2025 complete-pistol lineup. It pairs a full-length 17-4 stainless steel slide with black nitride finish and a 416 stainless steel barrel on the company's TimberWolf polymer frame, which is known for a reduced 1911-like grip angle and interchangeable backstraps. The slide is optic-ready for RMR/Holosun-pattern micro red dots and wears Night Fision lower 1/3 co-witness sights. The TimberWolf 17 uses Lone Wolf's Enhanced Flat Trigger, which reduces peak pull force, and accepts Glock 17-pattern 17-round magazines.

Background

The TimberWolf frame debuted around 2013 as Lone Wolf's answer to Glock ergonomics, offering a higher grip and reduced bore axis. The 2025 complete pistols revived the TimberWolf name as a factory-built optic-ready handgun.
