Overview
The Lyman Deerstalker is a .54 caliber percussion muzzleloading rifle built for big-game hunting. It pairs a 24-inch octagonal chrome-moly barrel with a 1-in-48 twist suited to both patched round ball and conical maxi bullets, a walnut stock with a rubber recoil pad, adjustable Lyman hunting sights, and a reliable coil-mainspring lock. It is also offered in a flintlock ignition version and in .50 caliber.
