Overview
The MatchGuns MG2 is an Italian semi-automatic target pistol chambered in .22 Long Rifle, designed by veteran competition-pistol engineer Cesare Morini for ISSF 25-metre rapid-fire and standard-pistol disciplines. Its blowback action uses a patented compact mechanism positioning the combustion chamber close to the shooter's hand, reducing felt recoil by up to 50 percent without heavy counterweights for rapid sight realignment. The pistol feeds from a five-round horizontal magazine below the frame and offers a fully adjustable mechanical trigger and adjustable anatomical wooden grip.
