Primary Caliber: 5.56x45mm NATO
The Maxim Defense MDX:510 is the 10.3-inch-barreled member of the MDX CQB series, sharing the AR-15 architecture and Gen 7 CQB telescoping brace of the MDX:508 but extending barrel length for improved ballistics and a longer sight radius. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, .300 BLK or 7.62x39, it pairs the HATEBRAKE muzzle booster with an HK-height rail and M-slot handguard, built from titanium, stainless and aluminum for Tier 1 close-quarters use.
