Overview
The McMillan TAC-308 is a purpose-built tactical precision bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Winchester, designed for law enforcement and military sniper applications. Built on the McMillan G31 action with a heavy, match-grade free-floating stainless steel barrel, the TAC-308 delivers sub-MOA accuracy in a reliable and robust platform. The rifle features McMillan's signature fiberglass tactical stock with integral adjustable cheekpiece, spacer system for length-of-pull adjustment, and flush mount sling swivel cups. The 1:11-inch twist barrel is threaded for suppressor or muzzle brake attachment. Available in multiple barrel length configurations (TAC-308A, B, and C), the platform can be tailored to specific operational requirements from compact urban deployment to extended-range precision work.

Background
McMillan's reputation for precision rifles was cemented by their TAC-50, which held the record for the longest confirmed sniper kill. The TAC-308 brings that same tactical pedigree to the more common .308 Winchester chambering, offering a more practical and cost-effective training and deployment platform.
