Overview
The Mossberg 4x4 is a bolt-action centerfire hunting rifle produced by O.F. Mossberg & Sons from 2007 until 2013. Built on a push-feed action with a free-floating, fluted button-rifled barrel, it was offered in a range of long-action and short-action calibers including the .30-06 Springfield. It featured Mossberg's adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger, a two-position thumb safety, an internal box magazine, and Weaver scope bases, and was marketed as an affordable accurate rifle for medium to large North American game.
