Overview
The Mossberg MVP LC (Light Chassis) is a budget-friendly tactical bolt-action rifle built on the Modular Driven Technologies (MDT) Light Sniper System (LSS) chassis machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The MVP's unique bolt-action design accepts both standard bolt-action magazines and AR-15/M16 magazines in 5.56 NATO, and AR-10/SR-25 pattern magazines in .308 Winchester, providing exceptional magazine versatility. The 18.5-inch medium-weight fluted bull barrel with 1:10-inch twist is threaded and fitted with a SilencerCo Saker Trifecta muzzle brake for suppressor compatibility. The adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger provides a user-adjustable pull weight. At just 7.6 lbs without optics, the MVP LC delivers a lightweight, maneuverable precision platform at a fraction of the cost of premium chassis rifles.

Background
The Mossberg MVP platform broke new ground by being the first bolt-action rifle to accept standard AR-15 and AR-10 magazines, eliminating the need for proprietary or expensive AICS-pattern magazines and making precision bolt-action shooting more accessible to budget-conscious shooters.
