Overview
The Mossberg SA-28 Turkey is a 28-gauge gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun configured for turkey hunting, built on the lightweight SA-28 (Mossberg International) platform. It wears full Mossy Oak Greenleaf camo, carries a 22-inch ventilated-rib barrel ending in an extended extra-full turkey choke, and mounts a Picatinny rail for a red dot. Unlike the SA-28 Tactical Turkey sibling, this configuration uses a conventional fixed buttstock rather than a pistol grip. The gas-operated action softens recoil for fast follow-ups on toms.
