Overview
The MTs-7 (МЦ-7) is a premium over-and-under double-barreled shotgun designed by the TsKIB SOO sporting and hunting arms bureau in Tula, USSR, in the late 1950s. A break-action gun with internal hammers, it was produced in 12, 16 and 20 gauge and offered with interchangeable barrel sets, including rifle barrels that turned it into a combination gun. Hand-fitted and finely engraved, it was made in very small numbers as a high-grade hunting and sporting arm.

Background
TsKIB SOO in Tula built the MTs-7 essentially one gun at a time, with master gunsmiths hand-fitting and engraving each example - the same bespoke workshop that produced Olympic target arms for the Soviet shooting teams.
