Overview
The NEF Pardner Pump is a pump-action shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, marketed by New England Firearms and H&R 1871 as an affordable alternative to the Remington 870. It is a close clone of the Remington 870, with which many parts interchange, featuring a steel receiver, dual action bars, a cross-bolt safety, screw-in choke tubes, and a tubular magazine. The standard sporting model has a 28-inch ventilated-rib barrel and a 3-inch chamber, while the Protector home-defense variant uses an 18.5-inch barrel.
