The Nosler M48 Long Range Carbon is a lightweight precision bolt-action rifle featuring a Proof Research carbon-fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel in a Sendero contour, paired with Nosler's proprietary M48 action. At just 3.2 kg (7 lbs), the rifle achieves remarkable weight savings through the carbon fiber barrel technology, which reduces barrel weight by up to 50% compared to an equivalent steel barrel while improving heat dissipation and maintaining exceptional accuracy. The 26-inch barrel with 1:9-inch right-hand twist and 5/8-24 threaded muzzle is paired with a Timney trigger for a crisp, consistent pull. The Manners MCS-T Elite Tac stock with Elite Midnight Camo finish provides a rigid, ergonomic platform with adjustable cheek piece for optimal scope alignment. Available in cartridges ranging from 6.5 Creedmoor to .300 Winchester Magnum, with the distinctive .28 Nosler offering a unique combination of flat trajectory and retained energy at extreme distances.
