Overview

The Panzer Arms BP-12 is a gas-operated semi-automatic bullpup 12 gauge shotgun manufactured in Turkey. Its bullpup layout places the action behind the trigger, keeping the overall length short while retaining a full-length barrel. It feeds from detachable AR-pattern box magazines (5- and 10-round), carries a polymer lower with an aluminum upper, and is fitted with dual Picatinny rails and flip-up sights.

Background

Unlike most magazine-fed tactical shotguns that ape the AR-15, the BP-12 wraps a full 20-inch barrel into a package barely 30 inches long by hiding the action behind the trigger in a bullpup shell, then feeds it from box magazines borrowed from the AR-10 pattern.
