Overview
The Pindad PM2 is an Indonesian blowback-operated submachine gun developed by state-owned PT Pindad and introduced around 2014 for police, special forces, and special operations use. Chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum and firing from an open bolt, it feeds from 20- or 30-round detachable box magazines and features a hard-anodized aluminum-alloy receiver, a collapsible skeletal stock, and a Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories. A suppressed PM2-V2 variant with an integral sound suppressor is also offered.
