Also known as: PTR 32KFR, PTR 32K, PTR-32
Overview
The PTR 32 is PTR Industries' 7.62x39mm roller-delayed blowback rifle, uniquely pairing the H&K G3-pattern roller-locked action with the intermediate Soviet cartridge and standard AK-pattern magazines. Built on PTR's H&K-derived tooling, it uses a 16.35-inch stress-relieved tapered barrel threaded 5/8x24, a stamped-steel receiver with welded steel Picatinny rail, and feeds from inexpensive, widely available AK magazines. The combination of roller-delayed smoothness, AK-mag logistics and 7.62x39 makes it a distinctive niche offering.

Background
The PTR 32 is one of very few roller-delayed firearms ever chambered in 7.62x39mm, marrying the German G3 action to the Soviet cartridge and AK magazine standard - a cross-pollination of Cold War rivals in a single American-built rifle.
