Overview
The Remington 700 CDL (Classic Deluxe) is a bolt-action centerfire hunting rifle introduced in 2004 as a premium, classically styled member of the Model 700 family. Built on Remington's proven cylindrical receiver with twin forward-locking lugs and a fully recessed bolt face, the CDL pairs a satin-finished American walnut stock with a black fore-end cap, a hinged floorplate internal magazine, a satin-blued carbon-steel barreled action, and a SuperCell recoil pad. Chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a 24-inch barrel, it is prized by hunters for its accuracy, clean lines and traditional sporting-rifle profile.
