Overview
The Remington Model 513T Matchmaster is a bolt-action .22 Long Rifle target rifle produced from 1940 to 1968. Built around a heavy 27-inch barrel, an adjustable trigger and a beavertail-forend walnut target stock, it was marketed as an accurate smallbore competition rifle at a moderate price. During World War II roughly 10,000 were issued to the U.S. Army, Army ROTC and Director of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM) clubs as marksmanship trainers, marked 'US PROPERTY'.
