Remington Model 700 Sendero
Remington Arms Company, LLC · Rifle · In Production · 1994
Also known as: Model 700 Sendero SF, Model 700 Sendero SF II
Overview
The Remington Model 700 Sendero is a long-range bolt-action hunting rifle built on the Remington 700 receiver. Introduced in 1994 and refined into the Sendero SF (Stainless Fluted) and later SF II models, it pairs a 26-inch heavy-contour, fluted, free-floated stainless barrel with an HS Precision synthetic stock reinforced with aramid fibers and a full-length aluminum bedding block. Chambered in flat-shooting magnum cartridges such as the .300 Winchester Magnum, it is designed to deliver sub-MOA accuracy for open-country big-game hunting and long-range varmint work.
