Overview
The Rexim Favor was a 9x19mm blowback, closed-bolt submachine gun marketed by the Swiss firm Rexim SA of Geneva and manufactured at the La Coruña arsenal in Spain. Fed from MP40-pattern magazines, it came in Police, Commando and Sniper barrel lengths with a quick-change perforated barrel jacket and muzzle brake, and featured an unusual two-stage trigger - a half pull gave single shots, a full pull gave automatic fire. Despite the clever design it won few contracts; only about 5,000 were made, with Turkey the most notable user.
