Background
Battista Rizzini founded his firm in Marcheno, in Italy's Val Trompia gunmaking valley, in 1966. The BR552 revives the classic English-style side-by-side, a configuration Rizzini pairs with a modern roundbody receiver; the Deluxe grade dresses it in sideplates and hand-cut ornamental scroll engraving.
