Rock Island Armory PK-12 Pak-Out Long
Armscor / Rock Island Armory · Shotgun · In Production · 2026
Also known as: PK-12 Pak-Out Long, PAK-OUT-LONG
Overview
The Rock Island Armory PK-12 Pak-Out Long is a folding takedown 12-gauge pump-action shotgun built for transport and storage. Its two-part receiver is hinged at the front and folds in half, collapsing the gun to roughly its 18.5-inch barrel length while still allowing a shell to remain chambered when folded. The spring-assisted pump promotes smooth cycling, and the 4+1 tube feeds 3-inch shells. The Long model adds a four-position stock adjustable for length of pull between 12.75 and 16.25 inches, a top Picatinny rail for optics, Rem-Choke compatibility, onboard shotshell storage ports, a sling port, and a soft rubber recoil pad.

Background
The Pak-Out folds a full-length pump shotgun in half at the receiver, letting it ride in a pack or truck console and snap back into a fighting gun in seconds, all while keeping a round chambered through the fold.
