The San Tan Tactical Patrol Series Pistol is an AR-15 pistol chambered in 5.56 NATO, sharing the duty-grade design of the Patrol Series rifle in a compact, brace-equipped package. It is offered with 10.5-inch, 11.5-inch, or 12.5-inch 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium barrels featuring M4 feed ramps, an 11-degree match crown, and a 1/2x28 thread, all run on a carbine-length gas system optimized for suppressed and unsuppressed use. The pistol is built on San Tan Tactical's fully ambidextrous billet receiver set with the in-house STT Wedge Lock M-LOK handguard, and pairs a CMC Triggers Combat Curved 3.5-pound trigger, an STT Duty bolt carrier group with ArmorLube DLC coating and dual ejectors, a Griffin Armament SN-ACH ambidextrous charging handle, a BCM MK2 receiver extension, a B5 SOPMOD Bravo brace/stock, and a B5 P23 grip, shipping with a Magpul PMAG. It delivers near-carbine performance in a maneuverable, ambidextrous platform suited to defensive and duty roles.
