Schultz & Larsen Legacy

Schultz & Larsen Geværfabrik A/S · Rifle · In Production

Overview

The Schultz & Larsen Legacy is a compact, lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle built by the Danish gunmaker Schultz & Larsen. Chambered for small and intermediate cartridges such as .222 Remington, .223 Remington (offered in both 8-inch and 10-inch twist), 6x45 and .300 AAC Blackout, it uses the company's interchangeable switch-barrel system so a single steel receiver accepts barrels of different calibers. It feeds from a 4-round detachable steel magazine, wears a match-grade cut-rifled barrel, and features integrated scope bases pre-drilled for Picatinny rails plus a three-position safety that allows unloading with the safety engaged.

Background

Schultz & Larsen made its name supplying the barrels and target rifles that carried Danish and Scandinavian shooters to international match success; the compact Legacy carries that cut-rifled, match-grade barrel pedigree into a light switch-barrel hunting package.
