Overview

The SOLGW M4-89 (also marketed as the L89 Fighting Rifle) is one of Sons of Liberty Gun Works' flagship offerings, built around the M89/L89 Drive Lock free-float M-LOK handguard system that locks rigidly to an extended steel barrel nut to minimize point-of-impact shift. It uses precision-forged upper and lower receivers, the SOLGW Liberty Fighting Barrel, an enhanced A5-length buffer system, the renowned SOLGW bolt carrier group, a Liberty ambidextrous charging handle, the Liberty 2-Stage (L2S) trigger, and an ambidextrous selector, finished with Magpul grip and DT stock. The handguard features 7-sided M-LOK slots and integral steel QD cups at 10 and 2 o'clock. Offered in 9-inch, 10.5-inch, 11.5-inch, 13.9-inch, 14.5-inch, 16-inch, and 18-inch barrels and in 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, 6.5 Grendel, and 6mm ARC.
