Overview

The Spandau Arms RL is a bolt-action hunting rifle introduced in 2026 by SDS Arms under the Spandau Arms brand. Chambered in .308 Winchester, it is built around a Remington 700 short-action footprint for broad aftermarket compatibility, feeding from AICS-pattern detachable box magazines. It pairs a 20-inch 5R-rifled, threaded barrel with a Turkish walnut stock and an oxynitride corrosion-resistant finish, and ships at an accessible MSRP of $799.99.

Background

Spandau Arms revives a name evoking the historic Spandau arsenal in Berlin, but the RL is a thoroughly modern budget precision rifle: a Turkish-made Remington 700 clone aimed at hunters who want 700-pattern parts compatibility without the custom-rifle price tag.
