Overview

The Stag Arms STAG-10 is the company's AR-10-pattern semi-automatic battle rifle chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO/.308 Winchester. Built on a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set with type III hard-coat anodizing, it uses a direct-impingement gas system, button-rifled chrome-lined 4150 steel barrels in 16, 18, and 20-inch lengths, and SR-25-pattern magazines. As with the company's STAG-15 line, the STAG-10 is offered in both right- and left-handed configurations.

Notes

Introduced in 2017 as Stag's first foray into the .308 platform. The Marksman and Long Range variants are intended for precision shooting, while the Pursuit is a lightweight hunting variant.

Background

Stag jumped into the AR-10 market a full decade after their AR-15 line, but kept their signature feature - a true mirror-image left-handed receiver - making them one of the only manufacturers offering a factory left-handed .308 AR.
