Overview
The Steyr ATd is a hammer-fired, DA/SA defensive pistol introduced in 2026 as part of Steyr Arms' all-new, all-metal modular AT series. The defense-oriented ATd line pairs an aluminum frame with a steel slide, a frame-mounted decocker, a cold-hammer-forged chromoly barrel, and an optic-ready, rail-equipped, nitrocarburized package. Offered in compact form with 4-, 5-, and 6-inch barrel options, it feeds from 18-round double-stack magazines with extended options up to 25 rounds.

Background
