Overview
The Steyr LP EVO 10 is a single-shot, pre-charged pneumatic match air pistol chambered in .177 (4.5mm) and designed for Olympic 10-metre air pistol competition. Introduced in 2016 as the successor to the highly successful Steyr LP 10, it uses compressed air to launch a single pellet at roughly 160 m/s and incorporates a recoil-compensating system with a tungsten counter-piston and muzzle brake to minimise muzzle rise. Its anatomically adjustable grip, precise mechanical match trigger, and fully adjustable sights make it one of the premier target pistols on the ISSF circuit.
