Overview
The Surgeon Scalpel is an American bolt-action precision sniper rifle built around the Surgeon short-action receiver machined from a single billet of steel with an integral recoil lug and 20 MOA rail. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and fitted with a heavy Palma-contour threaded barrel, an adjustable aluminum chassis, a TriggerTech trigger and Accuracy International pattern magazines, it is marketed as a guaranteed sub-MOA long-range tactical and match rifle.
