Overview

The Tanfoglio TTR Sniper is an Italian straight-pull precision rifle chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum with an interchangeable .308 Winchester barrel supplied alongside it. The short action and bolt are machined from chrome-moly steel, the hammer-forged barrel uses Tanfoglio's multiradial rifling in 22- to 26-inch lengths, and the AR-compatible folding stock is fully adjustable.

Background

Tanfoglio spent half a century known almost entirely for CZ 75 clones. The TTR is the company betting a five-figure straight-pull magnum can change that reputation.
