Notes

The PT-24/7 PRO was part of Taurus's attempt to compete in the striker-fired polymer pistol market. The three-position safety system offered Fire/Safe/Decock options. The OSS (Operational Special Service) variant featured a 5.25-inch match-grade barrel. The PT-24/7 was eventually replaced by the G2 and later G3 series pistols.

Background

The PT-24/7 earned the NRA Handgun of the Year award and represented Taurus's ambitious push into the modern striker-fired pistol market, though it would eventually be superseded by the more refined G-series designs.
