Overview
The Taylor's Devil Anse is a single-action revolver, a modern reproduction of the Colt 1873 Single Action Army built by Uberti of Italy and imported by Taylor's & Company. Chambered in .357 Magnum and also capable of firing .38 Special, it feeds from a six-round revolving cylinder loaded through a side gate and rides on a forged steel frame with a blued finish and case-hardened hammer. It wears a 4.75-inch barrel, navy-size matte black wood grips, a fixed blade front sight and a frame-notch rear, and is offered with an optional Taylor Tuned action featuring a hand-polished trigger and custom springs. The model is named for Anderson 'Devil Anse' Hatfield, patriarch of the Hatfield clan in the Hatfield-McCoy feud.
