The Trabzon Gun Industry Corporation 1911 A1 Tanker is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, manufactured by Trabzon Gun Industry Corporation of Trabzon, Turkey and imported into the United States by Tisas USA. A compact 4.25-inch Commander-length 1911 in .45 ACP styled after the WWII tanker pistols, with A1 sights, a beavertail grip safety, and forged carbon steel frame and slide. Tisas has earned a strong reputation in the American market for delivering well-built, forged-steel 1911 and modern striker-fired pistols at an accessible price point.
