Notes

Wikipedia describes the Model 3VT as a version produced since 2018 similar to the Modelo 3 in .380 ACP with fixed sights. A commemorative 70th-anniversary run of roughly 100 pieces was offered to civilian buyers through the DCAM beginning in May 2019. Original Trejo pistol production ceased around 1970-1971 before the company later resumed manufacturing.

Background

When Armas Trejo shut down under Mexico's tightening gun laws around 1970, the little pocket pistols from the apple-orchard town of Zacatlan seemed gone for good, until the family firm revived the Modelo 3 as the 3VT and released a 70th-anniversary run for civilian collectors in 2019.
