Overview

The UTAS XTR-12 is a Turkish gas-operated, magazine-fed semi-automatic shotgun built around AR-10/AR-15 ergonomics. Chambered in 12 gauge with a 3-inch chamber, it uses a short-stroke gas piston with a two-position adjustable regulator and a multi-lug rotating bolt locking into a barrel extension. Its forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and DPMS-pattern lower accept common AR-platform stocks, grips, and optics, feeding from detachable single-stack box magazines of 2 to 10 rounds.
