Also known as: Victrix Pugio Small Bore, Pugio SB
Overview
The Victrix Pugio SB (Small Bore) is a compact Italian bolt-action rimfire precision rifle built by Victrix Armaments as the .22 Long Rifle member of its Pugio Small Bore line. It shares the platform's modular aluminium and AISI 630 stainless-steel chassis but uses a scaled rimfire bolt with two asymmetric rear lugs and a 60-degree lift, a 16-inch Lothar Walther hammer-forged barrel with a 1:16 twist, a folding and fully adjustable buttstock with retractable monopod, a 20 MOA integrated top rail and a single-stack detachable 10-round magazine, making it a low-cost, low-recoil training and sporting counterpart to the centerfire Pugio.

Background
Victrix names its rifles after Roman military equipment; the Pugio was the short dagger carried by Roman legionaries, and the Small Bore line lets shooters train on the same chassis as the full-power rifle using inexpensive .22 LR ammunition.
