Overview
The Victrix Scepter is an Italian single-shot bolt-action precision rifle built by Victrix Armaments for Extreme Long Range (ELR) competition and marksmanship. Chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum or .300 Norma Magnum, it uses a long stainless-steel action with a three-lug bolt, a 32-inch button-lapped barrel, and a high-strength monobloc light-alloy chassis with an adjustable, folding buttstock and cheek piece. It carries a 30 MOA action rail plus integrated Anschutz-type and full-length Arca rails, and ships with an adjustable Victrix Sporting Plus trigger.

Notes
Marketed as the Scepter V, the flagship of Victrix's ELR range. Single-shot configuration maximizes rigidity and consistency for extreme long-range shooting rather than rapid follow-up fire.
Background
Named after the ceremonial rod of a sovereign, the Scepter sits at the top of Victrix Armaments' lineup of Latin-named precision rifles alongside the Gladius, Pugio, and Tormentum, and is purpose-built to reach targets well beyond two kilometres.
