Notes
The Voere X3 is available in an unusually wide range of calibers: 6.5x47 Lapua, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 Norma Magnum, .338 Lapua Magnum, .375 CheyTac, and .408 CheyTac. Barrel lengths of 660mm (26 inch), 690mm (27.1 inch), and 720mm (28.3 inch) are available depending on caliber. Weight varies from approximately 5.4 kg to 8.5 kg depending on barrel material and configuration. The carbon fiber barrel option significantly reduces weight while maintaining accuracy. Voere's origins date to 1948, and the company is best known for its pioneering VEC-91 caseless ammunition rifle.
Background
Voere is perhaps best known for producing the VEC-91, the world's first commercially available caseless ammunition rifle, demonstrating the company's willingness to push technological boundaries. The X3 continues this tradition of innovation with its modular design and carbon fiber barrel option, positioning Voere as a niche Austrian precision rifle maker competing against the established giants of the long-range shooting world.
