Overview
The Watchtower Tactical Commander is a lightweight Commander-length double-stack 1911 in 9x19mm built around a 7075 aluminum frame to shed weight versus the all-steel Apache Commander. It keeps the 4.1-inch barrel, 416R stainless slide, green tritium front sight, aggressive serrations, ambidextrous safeties, and is aimed at professionals wanting a modern fighting handgun for daily carry or duty.
