Overview
The Weatherby Mark V High Country is a lightweight American bolt-action hunting rifle built on the six-lug Mark V action and designed as a mountain rifle for long-range big-game hunting. Chambered here in 6.5 PRC, it pairs a spiral-fluted barrel and Accubrake ST muzzle brake with a Peak 44 Bastion carbon fiber stock and Graphite Black Cerakote finish to keep weight low while backing Weatherby's sub-MOA accuracy guarantee.

Background
The Mark V action was originally developed for Roy Weatherby in the late 1950s and is renowned for its nine locking lugs and short bolt lift; the High Country adapts that lineage into a modern lightweight mountain rifle aimed at backcountry hunters.
