Overview
The Weihrauch HW45 is a German spring-piston air pistol firing .177 (4.5mm) pellets, introduced in 1979 and styled loosely on the Colt 1911 service pistol. It is a single-shot design cocked by an overlever that doubles as the barrel shroud, with a two-position power selector that lets the shooter choose a lower or full power setting. The HW45 is fitted with an adjustable two-stage trigger, fibre-optic open sights and an 11mm dovetail rail for an optical sight, and is sold in the United States under the Beeman P1 name.
