Wilson Combat Bulwark
Wilson Combat · Pistol · In Production · 2026
Overview
The Wilson Combat Bulwark is a hammer-fired, double-stack 9mm service pistol introduced in May 2026. Built on a stainless steel frame and slide with a black nitride finish, it uses an enclosed internal hammer ignition system that pairs 1911-style trigger feel (a crisp 3.75 to 4.25 lb single-action pull with tactile reset) with a clean, snag-free exterior. The Bulwark is optics-ready via Wilson Combat's pin-based red-dot mounting system, which accepts most modern pistol optics without adapter plates, carries 15+1 rounds, and is compatible with Glock 19-pattern holsters. Four independent safety mechanisms include an ergonomic grip safety that blocks the sear and trigger.

Background
Famous for hand-fit 1911s, Wilson Combat surprised the market with the Bulwark by hiding a fully enclosed internal hammer inside a snag-free slide, chasing 1911 trigger feel in a modern double-stack service package that drops into Glock 19 holsters.
