Overview
The Wilson Combat Tactical Hunter is positioned as the ideal large-bore AR for hunting or general tactical and defensive use. It features a threaded, fluted, match-grade button-rifled stainless steel barrel - 18 inches in most chamberings - tuned for both suppressed and unsuppressed shooting, paired with an adjustable buttstock that adapts to different shooters and shooting positions. An adjustable gas block, two-stage Tactical Trigger Unit, free-floating M-LOK handguard, and Armor-Tuff finish round out the package. Offered primarily on the AR-10 platform in .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .243 Winchester, plus AR-15 chamberings like 6mm ARC, the Tactical Hunter blends precision-rifle accuracy with field-ready durability.
