Overview

The Yildiz YP12SC is a 12-gauge pump-action (slide-action) shotgun manufactured by Yildiz Silah Sanayi in Burdur, Turkey. Built around an aluminum-alloy receiver with a steel barrel chambered for 3-inch (12/76) magnum shells, it feeds from a tubular magazine holding four rounds and uses a dual-action-bar slide mechanism. The gun ships with a black synthetic stock and forend, a ventilated rib barrel with a fiber-optic front sight, and a set of interchangeable flush-fit choke tubes, and is marketed as an affordable general-purpose hunting, sporting, and home-defense shotgun.

Notes

Sold alongside the YP12SCT tactical variant, which uses a shorter barrel and a pistol-grip synthetic stock. The 12/76 chamber also accepts 12/70 (2.75-inch) and 12/67 (2.63-inch) shells. Total loaded capacity is typically 4+1.
