Overview
The Zastava MP22 is a bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in .22 LR, .22 WMRF, and .17 HMR (as the MP17 variant). Built on a Mauser-type rotating bolt action, the MP22 features a 560mm cold hammer-forged barrel, a 5+1 detachable magazine, and a walnut stock. The rifle weighs just 2.7 kg and offers an adjustable trigger. The Fullstock variant features a shorter 460mm barrel with a Mannlicher-style stock. Threaded-muzzle variants (MP22N/MP17N) are available with a protective thread ring.
