Overview

The Zoli Kronos is an Italian over-and-under competition shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with 3-inch (76mm) chambers. Built by Antonio Zoli of Gardone Val Trompia, it is part of the company's Z-Gun family of clay-target guns and is offered for skeet, trap and sporting clays. It uses a boxlock action with a detachable, inertia-operated selective single trigger, an adjustable trigger blade for length of pull, a Turkish walnut stock with optional adjustable comb, and five interchangeable multi-chokes. Barrels are offered in 28, 30 and 32 inch lengths.

Notes

The review-tested 30-inch model carried barrels weighing 1,480 g with an 11mm flat parallel sighting rib and 18.5mm (.728") bores. The receiver is available in coin-finish silver or hot-blued black.

Background

Antonio Zoli is one of the oldest gunmakers in Gardone Val Trompia, with roots traced to the 16th century and the modern company founded in 1945; the Kronos sits within its Z-Gun line of clay-target over-and-unders.
