Notes

The Gen5 G34 is only available in MOS configuration, reflecting the near-universal adoption of red dot optics in competitive shooting. The Glock Marksman Barrel features enhanced polygonal rifling with a more pronounced crown for improved accuracy. The nDLC (diamond-like carbon) finish is more durable and corrosion-resistant than the previous Tenifer treatment. The flared magazine well is a factory feature that was previously only available through aftermarket modifications. Compatible with standard Glock 17 magazines (17 rounds) and extended 19, 24, 31, and 33-round variants.

Background

The G34 Gen5 MOS represents the culmination of two decades of G34 development. When Glock made the Gen5 available only in MOS configuration, it acknowledged that competitive shooting had fully embraced optics. The combination of the Marksman Barrel's improved accuracy, the smoother nDLC finish, and the factory optic cut created a competition pistol that could hold its own against guns costing twice as much. More USPSA Carry Optics national titles have been won on the G34 MOS platform than any other single model.
