Overview
The IWI Masada Slim Elite is a micro-compact striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, manufactured by Israel Weapon Industries (IWI). An upgraded version of the Masada Slim platform, the Elite model features a 3.4-inch button-rifled barrel with 1:10 right-hand twist, an RMSc Shield optics cut for direct red dot mounting, and a flat-faced trigger with integrated trigger safety delivering a clean, crisp break with positive reset. The pistol weighs just 20.3 ounces unloaded and measures 6.25 inches in overall length, making it highly concealable. The Elite variant introduces enhanced ergonomics including a more aggressive grip texture, interchangeable small/medium/large backstraps, a Picatinny-style accessory rail compatible with Streamlight TLR-7/8 Sub lights, a raised trigger guard undercut, and a flared magazine well for faster reloads. The modular fire control unit is housed in a serialized high-grade steel chassis, with the polymer grip shell being user-swappable. Ships with one 13-round flush-fit and one 17-round extended steel magazine. Factory sights are a white dot front with blacked-out rear, co-witnessing with mounted optics. The Masada Slim Elite is positioned as a duty-capable sub-compact for concealed carry.

Notes
The Masada Slim Elite shares the same modular chassis system as the full-size Masada, with the serialized fire control unit transferable between grip modules. The 17-round extended magazine uses the same body as the full-size Masada magazine. IWI US, headquartered in Middletown, Pennsylvania, handles U.S. distribution and production of the Masada Slim line. The Elite designation adds optics readiness, enhanced grip texture, flared magwell, and improved ergonomics over the base Masada Slim model.
Background
The IWI Masada platform draws from decades of Israeli military small arms expertise, with IWI's lineage tracing back to the original Israeli Military Industries founded in 1933. The Masada Slim Elite represents IWI's push into the competitive U.S. concealed carry market, challenging established players like the SIG P365 and Glock 43X with a combination of Israeli engineering heritage, modular design, and aggressive feature set at a competitive price point. Reviewers have called it one of the most underrated carry options available.
