Overview
The PSA AXR PDW is a compact personal-defense weapon built on Palmetto State Armory's modular AXR platform, unveiled at SHOT Show 2026. The AXR ecosystem centers on a serialized Modular Fire Control (MFC) core that lets a single firearm be reconfigured across handgun, PDW, and rifle roles. In its 5.56 NATO short-stroke gas-piston configuration it pairs a bufferless, suppressor-optimized adjustable gas system with a quick-deploy folding PDW stock for a maximally compact carbine envelope.
