Also known as: PTR GI Heritage
Overview
The PTR GI is PTR Industries' heritage-configuration .308 roller-delayed blowback rifle, built on genuine H&K G3-pattern tooling and dressed with surplus-style components. It pairs a black stamped-steel receiver with surplus green polymer furniture and slim-line handguard, an 18-inch stress-relieved barrel threaded 5/8x24, and a traditional MP5/G3-pattern claw-style optic mount. Surplus parts are rated NRA Good and may show authentic cosmetic wear, giving the GI a true ex-service appearance at the lowest price point in the PTR 91 family.
