Overview
The Rizzini BR460 IPS is an Italian over-under competition shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, built by Battista Rizzini of Marcheno in Italy's Val Trompia gunmaking district. IPS stands for Improved Performance System, an enhanced sporting evolution of the standard BR460 Sporter built on the same Boss-style steel receiver with an improved locking mechanism to reduce felt recoil. The break-action gun is offered with 30-inch or 32-inch barrels and adds a fully adjustable rib and adjustable comb, five extended nickel-coated screw-in choke tubes, a removable and adjustable single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, and a Grade 2.5 Turkish walnut stock for clay-target disciplines such as Sporting, Skeet and Trap.
